Hello, I'm Brandon Hollibaugh

Owner of B&C Real Estate Solutions LLC. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 21 years, and we’re raising four amazing kids in beautiful southwest Colorado.

I served six years on active duty in the U.S. Navy and continue to serve in the reserves, with 17 years of total service. Before going full-time into real estate, I spent nine years as a Colorado State Patrol officer and investigator. Eventually, I realized I needed to push beyond the limits of a traditional career to reach my full potential.

Even during my service, my wife and I were serial entrepreneurs—owning businesses ranging from ATMs and photography to real estate. Today, we flip and wholesale properties while building a long-term rental portfolio across southwest Colorado, Colorado Springs, and northwest New Mexico.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with family, on the river fly fishing, on the slopes snowboarding, or cheering for the Denver Broncos.

I’m the founder and owner of Wild Oak Capital, with more than 1,200 units under management across the United States. But I didn’t start there.

My journey began with humble investments in single family homes and small multifamily properties, learning the ropes one deal at a time. Through persistence, partnerships, and a growing network, I was able to scale far beyond what I first imagined.

Today, I’m a husband, proud father of two boys, and living my dream life in Spain. A huge part of my success came from surrounding myself with other investors and entrepreneurs who were steps ahead of me—and generously shared their lessons.

Now it’s my turn to pay it forward.

Hello, I'm Brittany Chesley

I'm a partner and Wild Oak Capital and previously worked as a commercial real estate agent serving investors and business owners across Salt Lake City, UT. My entrepreneurial journey started with a pet-sitting business I ran for eight years before shifting into real estate. In my first year as a commercial agent, I closed $3M in transactions, quickly learning the dynamics of deal-making. I then relocated to Colorado and later Idaho, where I helped manage operations for a commercial real estate brokerage.

Now back in Utah, I focus on sourcing and executing value-add opportunities and running my coffee business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends and love helping deliver an exceptional experience for our students at Cashflow Academy.
